In addition, scientists believe that food plays a key role in many of today's ever increasing levels of chronic illnesses such as diabetes, auto-immunity, dementia, cancer and heart disease.
Nutritional therapy is not a 'one size fits all' concept of healthy eating. It is about identifying and understanding your own personal triggers and the imbalances holding you back from reaching optimal health.
