Cheesy broccoli bites

  • 1 broccoli head chopped
  • 1 cup grated cheddar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Steam the broccoli for 3 mins until they starts to soften
  3. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and spoon bite-sized pieces of the mixture onto the prepared baking tray. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
