- 5 salmon fillets
- 1 tsp tamari sauce
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Heinz Ketchup
- 1 tsp honey
- ½ tsp chilli flakes
- juice and zest of 1 tangerine
- Preheat the oven to 220 degrees celsius
- Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl and pour over the salmon fillets
- Put straight into the oven for 12 minutes
Take the salmon out of the fridge 20 mins before cooking to reach room temperature. The cooler the fish is before cooking, the more likely you are to overcook the outside before the inside starts to heat up.
